Welcome. These guidelines are here to create a calm, respectful experience for both of us. If you have questions before booking, you’re always welcome to reach out.
1. Online Sessions: Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling
All sessions are offered online by appointment.
You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice by email.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session time are subject to 50% of the session fee.
This 48-hour policy applies when a session cannot proceed due to any of the following occurring within the 48-hour window or at the scheduled session time:
While every effort is made to create a smooth online experience, clients are responsible for ensuring they are able to attend and participate at the scheduled time. To support this, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and are prepared to join your session on time.
2. Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee applies, and missed time cannot be extended or made up.
Missed sessions (“no-shows”), meaning you do not attend and have not provided notice, are charged 100% of the session fee and are non-refundable.
This policy helps honour the time and energetic space reserved specifically for you.
3. Digital Products & Programs
Because digital products and programs provide immediate access to materials, all digital sales are final once access has been granted.
Refunds are not available for digital products, programs, or downloadable content.

within three (3) days of purchase, and support will be provided.

These sessions are designed to support reflection, regulation, and personal growth. The experience is shaped by your engagement, readiness, and how you choose to integrate the work into your daily life.
When approached with intention, clients often experience meaningful and lasting insights that support greater clarity and calm.
