My path toward this work was shaped through personal experiences that required resilience, patience, and a deeper understanding of how the body and mind respond to stress.
At one point in my life, I was living with a chronic illness and was told that having children might not be possible. Over time, that illness went into remission, an experience that deeply changed how I understand the body’s capacity for healing and regulation. Today, I am the mother of three children, who are truly the lights of my life and part of the inspiration behind the name Threelights Healing.
Along the way, I also supported family members through their own health challenges and witnessed firsthand the emotional weight that stress, uncertainty, and life’s unexpected events can bring.
My family has also experienced profound loss, including the tragic loss of a loved one. Watching my grandfather spend decades advocating for victims’ rights after losing his daughter showed me what resilience, compassion, and perseverance can look like in the face of hardship.
These experiences shaped the way I approach this work today, with patience, empathy, and a deep respect for the complexity of people’s lives.
The name Threelights Healing also reflects something I believe is essential for lasting wellbeing: balance between mind, body, and spirit. When these parts of our lives begin to work together rather than compete for our attention, calm and clarity become much easier to access.
